Whether you’re seeking ReOC, ExLOS, BLOS or CONP approvals – or advancing your operational capability – we provide the expertise serious operators rely on.
Serious operators understand that approval alone does not create operational excellence. Our training programs are designed to elevate decision-making, safety maturity and regulatory competence.
Lead complex operations from long-range to high-risk and scalable environments.
Develop practical leadership skills in risk management and safety system governance.
Deep understanding of operational rules, compliance and controlled airspace.
Lead and manage multi-aircraft operations and scalable enterprise systems.
Gain model-specific knowledge, limitations awareness and operational proficiency.
For more than four decades in aviation and over a decade in RPAS regulatory services, the Uncrewed Approvals team has supported operators ranging from sole traders to enterprise and government organisations.
We have delivered more than 2,000 ReOC approvals and supported scalable operations across agriculture, infrastructure, public safety, surveying, media and enterprise fleet environments.
Our work is built on regulation-aligned systems, practical operational procedures and long-term governance capability – not generic templates.
Serious operators choose structured expertise. They choose certainty. They choose experience.
Uncrewed Approvals helps Australian drone operators obtain and maintain the approvals they need to operate professionally. Our services include ReOC assessments, ReOC variations, operational authorisations, customised manuals, risk documentation, and professional development courses for RPAS operators.
Most ReOC assessments are completed within two weeks, provided the applicant responds promptly to the assessment scenario and any follow-up questions. In some cases, we have completed assessments and issued a ReOC in as little as 18 hours, although the timeframe depends heavily on applicant readiness and response times.
Yes. Clients receive a customised RPAS Operations Manual as part of the ReOC assessment pathway. The manual is tailored to the applicant’s organisation, intended operations, personnel structure, aircraft types, and procedures, rather than being a generic template.
Yes. We assist existing ReOC holders with variations and additional approvals, including changes to aircraft types, key personnel, operating conditions, EVLOS, night operations, controlled aerodrome operations, and more complex or specialised RPAS activities.
Our services are designed for serious RPAS operators, training organisations, businesses, government agencies, and existing ReOC holders who need a clear, practical pathway through CASA’s regulatory requirements. We focus on making the approval process easier to understand, easier to manage, and aligned with real-world drone operations.
“Having used Uncrewed Approvals for my ReOC Application and Approval process, I found them to be very professional and prompt in their responses. Steve Griffin, the CASA Delegate and Chief Examiner, has a wealth of knowledge in the aviation industry and I would not hesitate recommending his services to anyone wishing to apply for their own ReOC.”

“Uncrewed Approvals made the whole process of gaining our ReOC extremely simple and straightforward. Steve guided us through the process, helping demystify the complexities of record keeping and our regulatory responsibilities. I highly recommend Uncrewed Approvals to any organisation heading down this path.”
