How to submit your ReOC application

ReOC applications can be submitted by:

• email to admin@uncrewedapprovals.com.au; or
• by providing us with a download link to your file sharing service (e.g.Dropbox, Onedrive, Google Drive, Box etc.); or
• by post to Uncrewed Approvals, 160 Rochedale Road, Rochedale QLD 4123.

Electronic lodgement by email or file share is preferred.

Application package contents

Your application package must include:

• Form 101-06;
• Form UA6 – Payment Details;
• Verification of your company and business name registrations (if applicable – available from the ASIC website);
• Document(s) verifying the Aviation Reference Number(s) for your key personnel and organisation (if applicable);
• a copy of the nominated Chief Remote Pilot’s RePL or UAV Controller’s Certificate.

Please ensure all of the required information is provided on your first submission.

Application processing timeframes

Once your application has been received and an initial assessment has been completed you will be contacted by one of our Assessors to review the application and arrange a time for your assessment interview. Normally you will be contacted within 24 hours of your application being lodged and we aim to have your assessment completed and ReOC issued within 14 days of receipt of the application.

Accuracy of Information provided

All of the information submitted during the application process will be used to assess if the applicant is entitled to a ReOC and if the ReOC should be subject to operating conditions. An incomplete, poorly prepared or inaccurate application may:

• Result in rejection of the application
• Raise doubts about the applicant’s ability to control the operation
• Result in delays
• Add to the cost of the ReOC
• Result in refusal to issue the ReOC

Please remember it is an offense to make a false declaration in this application.

The forms provided are able to be filled in using your favorite pdf viewer, if you a re filling the form in by hand, please print neatly with a black or blue ballpoint pen. Some questions contain check boxes, please mark them with an X. Questions marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
